I drew the sketch of this image back in 2007, outlined it either 2008 or 2009, and never touched it again until now. XD;; I'm relatively happy with this picture although it was a major pain in the arse to get it to this stage. EUUUGH THE BACKGROUND WAS SO FRUSTRATING.

By creating this image, I learned how to do snow-covered trees, snow on logs, and wispy clouds in the sky. ^^ I hope you guys like it~ I didn't upload it until now because I still had to do some fine tuning on the background image even though I had 99% of it done on November 03.

I try to keep things as crisp and clean as possible since the beginning, so I could never really let myself get into the sketchy phase of drawing some people have. MIND YOU, my actual sketches are not necessarily really clean. >__<;; Just my coloured stuff I try to keep as refined as possible~

I remember this sketch! So glad you finished it! And yes, I totally see the sky reflecting off the snow...only a true northerner would remember to incorporate such a lovely effect!

My only comment is the watermark seems super strong...why is life so cruel

To be honest, this was totally a background test/practice piece to try to incorporate more contrasting colours together. ^^ I'm glad to hear I did well~
