[Made some changes: April 2013]
I needed a new "best" piece for myself so I decided to draw one of my more neglected characters, Jira, for one of my portfolio pieces. This picture was a LOT of fun to do considering it was my first piece I had a chance to do for myself, not as a commission, to show off my new knowledge of anatomy. There are things in this piece I realize I could fix, but in retrospect, I think this is a huge leap of improvement compared to anything I've done before.
