Eugh, how can people type like that all the time? D: Anyways... this picture has been sitting 100% completed on my computer since October and I never uploaded it! O_O I was highly inspired by *Majime's raptor character and wanted to make one for myself since I've always loved dinosaurs growing up, especially raptors. ¦D

I don't know if I will keep this design. >w< I'm really starting to hate overly striped designs... We'll see. I might even do an entire species changeover for this guy, who knows. He was definitely a character created/designed on impulse rather than thinking things through. Hmm... we'll see.
